Founder, Chairman & President of CNLP
Mr. Li Shifa was appointed as chairman of the Board, president and executive Director of our Company on 12 November 2013. He was appointed as Chief Executive Officer on 26 April 2019. He is also the chairman of the nomination committee of the Board. Mr. Li is the executive director and president of Shanghai Yupei (Group) Company Limited, our principal operating subsidiary in the PRC, and holds positions as the chairman, executive director, president and/or general manager at each of the subsidiaries of the Company.
Mr. Li started the logistics facilities business in the year 2000. With more than 16 years of experience in the logistics facilities industry, Mr. Li has been the key driver of our business strategies and achievements to date. He is primarily responsible for formulating and leading the implementation of the overall development strategies and business plans of our Group and overseeing the management and strategic development of our Group. Mr. Li has been a committee member of the Wuhu City Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference since January 2013and the vice-president of the China Association of Warehouses and Storage since December 2014.
Executive Director & COO of CNLP, responsible for the management of projects and investment
Mr. Wu Guolin, was appointed as Executive Director of the Company in March 2017 and was appointed as COO of CNLP in March 2018. Mr Wu Guolin joined Shanghai Yupei as Vice President in 2000. He was appointed as Senior Vice President and COO of Shanghai Yupei in November 2013 and January 2018 respectively.
Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Wu was the Project Manager at Nanjing Housing Construction Corporation, a company engaged in property construction work, from 1995 to 1998, during which period he was responsible for overseeing and managing contracted construction projects. Mr. Wu has more than 20 years of experience in the management of large-scale real estate projects including residential, industrial plants and logistics parks. He is proficient in project development, cost control and site management.
Mr. Wu graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University, majoring in civil engineering.and In 2006, Mr. Wu was certified as a senior engineer by the senior assessment committee of Hubei Province. In 2009, he obtained an EMBA diploma for having completed the practical real estate executive training program, organized by Tsinghua University in China.
Executive Director & Senior Vice President of CNLP, responsible for the management of contracting, planning and design
Ms. Shi Lianghua, was appointed as executive director on 17 August , 2017.Ms. Shi joined our Group in September 2011 as senior vice-president of Shanghai Yupei. She was appointed senior vice president of our Company in November 2013.
Prior to joining our Group, Ms. Shi joined Shanghai ABC Steel Structure Co., Ltd. as department manager in November 2000 and became Executive director of the Department in 2005, during which she was involved in overseeing and managing business operations. She then assumed the position of chief officer at the engineering and construction center agency of Shanghai Gaorong Group from May 2007. Ms. Shi has over 20-year- experience in managing several projects of industry and logistics real estate, and she is proficient in project management, contract administration and engineering cost control.
Ms. Shi obtained a bachelor’s degree in engineering management from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in July 2000; and a master’s degree in business administration from Donghua University in December 2008. She was also certified as National First-Class Registered Architect by the Ministry of Construction of the People’s Republic of China in November 2006.
Executive Director & Vice President of CNLP, responsible for the management of financial work
Ms. Li Huifang, was appointed as an executive director of the Company on March 30, 2017 and was appointed as the Vice President in March 2018. Ms. Li Huifang joined Shanghai Yupei in April 2008 as a financial manager and was appointed as the CFO of the Company in February 2015. She was subsequently appointed as the Vice President of Shanghai Yupei in January 2017.
Prior to joining the Group, Ms. Li was an accountant of Shanghai Yupei Industrial Co., Ltd. in 2003, and was mainly responsible for financial accounting and tax reporting related matters. From 2006 to 2008, she served as the financial manager of Shanghai Feiyu International Trading Co., Ltd., where she was responsible for the daily financial auditing, tax and bank financing matters of its headquarters and subsidiaries.
Ms. Li was certified to have attained the intermediate level in accounting by the Ministry of Finance of China in May 2007. She obtained a graduation certificate (majoring in accounting) from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in December 2011and the master's degree in accounting from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in May 2017.
Acting as executive director, vice president of China Logistic Property Holdings (GNLP), Mr. Xie is mainly responsible for the company's assets and property management
Mr. Xie Xiangdong was appointed as executive director of the company on 26 April 2019 and appointed as vice-president of the company on 1 January 2019. From January 2000 to December 2009, he was the deputy director of the general manager’ office of Shanghai Yupei Industrial Co., Ltd. and was appointed as the manager of material department of Shanghai Yupei Industrial (Group) Co., Ltd in January 2010. From January 2012 to December 2013, he acted as vice president of the procurement and supply center of Shanghai Yupei Building Decoration and Engineering Co., Ltd. In January 2014, he was appointed as the head of the asset management department of Shanghai Yupei (Group) Co., Ltd and thereafter appointed as the vice president of Shanghai Yupei (Group) Co., Ltd in May 2018, responsible for asset and property management of the Group.
Mr. Xie was awarded as the engineer qualification issued by the Department of Human Resources and Social Security in Anhui Province, China, in April 2011.
Mr. Wu was appointed to Executive Director of the Company on 16th November, 2020 and Vice President of the Company in February 2020. Prior to joining the group, Mr. Wu served as Technical Director of Shanghai Shisan Metallurgical Co., Ltd from 1999 to 2001, and Minister of Material Management from 2001 to 2002. From 2002 to 2005, Mr. Wu served as Chief Project Engineer and Director of project Management Department of Shanghai 13th Metallurgical Steel Structure Group, and re-designated as Deputy Chief Engineer, Project Manager and Executive Deputy Manager in 2005. In 2010, Mr. Wu took the role of Chief Engineer and Project Manager of MCC Tiangong Shanghai SmE located in Jiangxi. Later in 2014, Mr. Wu became the Chief Engineer of Shanghai Yupei Industrial (Group) Co., Ltd. and took charge of the company's technic and construction management.
Mr. Wu obtained the National Registered First-class Builder's license for construction engineering in 2010, and the National registered First-class builder's License for Municipal Engineering in 2013. He has been awarded senior Engineer title since 2013.
Mr. Zheng Zhengfu, was appointed as Vice President of the Company in March 2018 and was appointed as Vice President of Shanghai Yupei in January 2018.Mr. Zheng joined Shanghai Yupei in July 2013 as Secretary of the President.He was appointed as Deputy Director of the Office of President and Secretariat Secretary of the Board of Directors in June 2014 and secretary general of CNLP in June 2017.
Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Zheng served as the assistant to the Chairman of Taizhou Huahui Copper Co., Ltd. from August 2004 to September 2005. From October 2005 to July 2013, he was the assistant to the Chairman of Puma Group Co., Ltd., where he was mainly responsible for group administration and human resource management.
Mr. Zheng received an undergraduate degree in secretary science from Zhejiang Gongshang University in 2005.
Mr. He Mingrui, Vice President of CNLP, is mainly responsible for the asset management and fund management of the Company
Mr. He Mingrui joined the Group in March 2021 and was appointed as Vice President of the Company on May 10, 2021.
Prior to joining The Group, Mr. He served as an executive director of DragonCor, a logistics real estate platform company of Blackstone Group in China, from 2017 to 2021, where he was responsible for investment management, project acquisition, financing and asset management of the platform company. In addition, Mr. He worked for Ping An Real Estate Co., Ltd from 2013 to 2017 as a senior investment manager. He worked at Standard Chartered Bank from 2010 to 2013 as an investment manager and other positions.
Mr. He received his master's degree in mechanical engineering from Imperial College London in 2007. Mr. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) licensee.
